On Sept. 26, the Philippine capital Manila and its neighboring provinces suffered one of nature's worst beating. Typhoon Ondoy, international code name Ketsana, poured more than a month's worth of rain in six hours, submerging most parts of the bustling metropolis, drowning at least a hundred people as of press time. My prayers to the victims, and may we emerge victorious and live by the lessons of this tragedy. Donate via Paypal now at http://is.gd/3IOAT.

Typhoon Ondoy

Im sure some of you have seen the pictures of what the typhoon "Ondoy" has done to the Metro. A lot of people are stranded because of the floods. Its scary, 1-2 days (correction: one months worth of rain in 6 hours!!) of rain and this is what happens. I hope all of you are safe! And I pray for those who arent as lucky to have shelter and food, people who are stranded, and the victims of this typhoon.

Makeup Night

Ive been MIA for quite a while - I have been lurking around the blogosphere but havent posted anything. Truth be told, im still getting used to the hair HAHA. I mean I do love it, its just that everytime I try and do an EOTD/FOTD and take pictures, it looks odd to me. It looks like a teenage boy with makeup on! hahah Ive also been on a sort of no-buying-month-week-whatever haha so no new stuff to rave or rant about.

Some Pictures from Characters Night at Caby's House last sunday. We played with Caby's makeup stash and put makeup on each other haha couldnt find a theme until it all came together lol. You can check out Cabys blog for some of the other pictures. Here are a few.

Please click the images to view in full size :D

The Villains

Sheena ( I did her eyes and tried to copy the photo on the magazine. The makeup was beautiful!! I shall attempt to copy it again soon! haha)

RANT: I was about to post new pictures when I attempted to do a FOTD only to find out that my memory card has been corrupted with a virus! My brother wanted to copy some files a while ago and ughhh!!!!! now I have to format the memory card with all the pictures, songs and videos. Sighhh! darn it!

So yeah, this post has been cut short. ugh, im still annoyed. :/

About a boy...lol

Passed by the Cosmetic Fair this afternoon. Nothing too exciting going on, very little cosmetics in my opinion and too much skin whitening crap haha. I dont know why it was called Cosmetic Fair. There was a makeup competition too, todays theme was Fantasy saw 2 of the contestants didnt get to take much pictures though. Also met up with a (multiply) buyer there, Miss Jean! Thanks so much, you are adorable in person!! =) And one of the stall owners was intrigued she asked me to bring the other makeup stuff I sell haha. Please dont tell SM Security that I am secretly taking part in the fair LOL.

Also, I got a haircut today. HAHA. I told my favorite Hair stylist, Richard: I want my hair like this, this time! And he said, cartoons (talaga ah?) hahah

The cut is fantastic ofcourse, Richard is the only hair stylist that I go to. If he magically dissapears, or moves without telling me I will not cut my hair ever! haha I get very anxious when getting haircuts. And usually need a "cheerleader" for moral support. Anyways, yeah the cut is fantastic he did an awesome job but im on the fence whether it suits me, still trying to get used to it I guess. Last time I had very little hair was 99' and it wasnt pretty. after that haircut, I ran and bawled inside my room. This time though, everytime I caught a glimpse of myself I laughed and giggled which is odd haha.

I like how it looks from this angle

Egg like? haha

So what do you ladies think? Please be honest haha I love honest opinions =)

An entry for Jbreezy's contest. This is my 2nd time to attempt and try joining a contest hehe. What I came up with is nothing spectacular (a bit odd maybe hehe), I cant wait to see what others come up with im sure they will be great. You can join her contest too here is the LINK.

Click on the images to view in Full Size :D

Its an odd color combination, I know hehe. Needed to come up with a look based on the Chicago Bears (its blue and orange) and I tried mixing both colors just to make it a bit different

Rant: I hate how my blackberrys flash hits my face. Look at that, my face looks anemic haha

Excessive camwhoring! Was trying to get an angle where the colors show better!

What I used:

Coastal Scents Matte/Satin Palette
M.A.C. Limit
M.A.C. Nylon
M.A.C. Deep Truth
M.A.C. Clarity
M.A.C. Charcoal Brown (Brows)
Wet n Wild Eye Liner
Sephora flashy liner in flashy green (comes out teal-bluish though)
M.A.C. Fibre Rich Mascara

Lips: Model Co. Illusion Nude Lip Liner, M.A.C. Lipglass in Revealing and a few dots of M.A.C. Lipglass in Prr on center of the lips

For my face: Well that never changes hehe please refer to older posts :D
