A few days ago, we did makeup for the Lasalle College - Manila (LCI) Graduation Show at the SMX. It was great to see some of our classmates and other makeup artists from the other batch =) Just posting a few photos from the show. Congratulations to the new Graduates!

Women Today Fashion Show

Now back to regular programming hehe. A few days ago we were asked to help do the makeup for Women today, a fashion show where the Fashion Design students of Lasalle College International were a part of. There were only 6 models that needed to have their makeup done. So me and Caby both did one model and had to leave to run off to our next gig.

Btw, my batchmate Claudine is also a Fashion Design student who recently just won the Green Re-Fashion Design Competition. It is a benefit competition that aims to support Haribon Foundation's forest restoration campaign

She won the Grand prize besting the other competitors from FEU, SofA and Technological University of the Philippines! So proud! Congratulations Claudine!

DLSU -CSB Fashion Show

A few weeks ago, I was invited by a friend to do the Makeup for DLSU-CSB's Graduation Fashion Show, Newsflash: Fashion Wars. it was held at the School of Design and Arts Museum of Contemporary Arts and Design. I was there, with fellow blogger and lifelong friend, Caby. It was so much fun and met a couple of other Makeup Artists as well.

When I got a copy of this month's Preview magazine, I couldnt help but get googly eyed at the Johnson's and Bayo Spread. The clothes + the makeup + soft looking skin = pure love. I wanted all the clothes! and have been attempting to do the same makeup on myself haha.

And true enough, as I saw the models walking on the runway I kept on telling my friend "oooh I want that" "and that" "thats soo nice!" haha I wish I could have them all!


The Soft Look Collection was presented last April 20, 2010 to Metro Manila's top fashion and beauty personalities though an exclusive multimedia fashion show event. The runway featured the 17 pieces of the collection, all inspired by a woman's spft skin, made possible with Johnson's Body Care.

Fashion Show: Year Zero Apocalypse Recoutoured

Hello Ladies! im alive again! haha. I just went through one of the most strssful moments of my life: Makeup Finals! Gah! i really didnt think it would be as stressful, but it suddenly hit me and I was overwhelmed with stress haha. It was a long weekend. But I cant really say that im glad that its over, because it hasnt been a week and I miss it already :/ I miss my station, my classmates our Makeup guru RB, I miss it! darn it! I must save up for Artistic Makeup 2! LOL

Anyhoos, a few weeks? days? ago I cant even remember, we were sent to SMX to do makeup for a fashion show. It was for UST's CFAD Annual Fashion Show. We were asked to do smokeye eyes and nude lips (always a favorite!) Just wanted to share a few pics. Did makeup on a model and a designer but only got a few pics cause I left my camera. boo :/
