Healthier hair in 10 days?

Do you have damaged hair? Damaged hair can be caused by a lot of things. Bleaching, straightening, perms, and poor quality dyes are main causes. With summer around, our tresses are even more prone to damage due to sun exposure.

When I saw Nikki of askmewhats.com post about the free sample that Sunsilk was giving away, I immediately texted wanting to try their Damage Repair Line. Gone were the days when I had frizzy unmanageable hair. But ever since I cut my hair short, I've been using the blow dryer excessively. Whenever I ran my fingers through my hair, my fingers would get stuck. I knew my hair needed a little more TLC so I decided to try this.


What I like about it:
- I love the scent, I love shampoos that leave your hair smelling yummy.
- With just one use, my hair was softer and tangle free
- Ive noticed a big change in my hair after using this.

What I don't like about it:
- The sample kit didnt contain the serum but that was okay because the shampoo and conditioner alone left my hair flat. While others may benefit from this (those with thick and frizzy hair), I have thin strands and flat hair does not frame my face very well.


I do like this shampoo but only use it on days when I know I will just stay at home. I cant stand looking like an egg with flat hair haha.

This or That

My hair gets so many raves from all of you! Thanks so much! :D Ive had long hair after that disastrous super short haircut back in 1999. And I loved it and miss it. I love curling my hair, so now that I practically have no hair, im so jealous of all of you who have long curly hair haha. I was thinking of growing it back after my last haircut, but for a change decided to cut it shorter.

But before I got all crazy with the hair cutting my hair was almost waist long. It took 5 haircuts in one year to get to this point, 1 awesome stylist who cured me of haircut anxieties, and 1 person who thinks I look awesome with or without hair. HAHA

Was looking at old photos while looking for old Halloween pictures. And found pictures of myself with long hair camwhoring haha.


What do you think is better on me? Long or Short Hair?

I look weird here but my hair was being awesome hehe

Boring Monday

Ive been cutting down on expenses (hah!) so I decided to stay at home today. Caby came over and we basically spent two to three hours just lounging on the bed. But we have something exciting coming up hehehe =)

Was thinking of what to post, then I got bored so I decided to put makeup on (For years, this is what I normally do whenever I get bored). Was going to join a contest, but my hands automatically grabbed my go to colors (so much for the contest). When im in a hurry I go for neutral eyes with mostly just brown and gold. I know ya'll havent seen me look normal haha what with tiger makeup, Shiva makeup and all those Halloween makeup. So to switch things up here is my go to look..

MAC Sculpt and Shape in Lightsweep and Shadester
UDPP and MAC Charcoal Brown for eyebrows

Eyes:
Paint Pot in Soft Ochre
MAC Vex, Haux, Embark, Charcoal Brown, Carbon and Gorgeous Gold
Rimmel Glam eyes mascara
Fanny Serrano Eyelash Curler (I swear this curler is awesome! :D )


Can I just add, my skin is looking so so much brighter and better. Cinema Secrets Concealer + RCMA fdtn + RCMA setting powder = really good skin on photograph. But its so much better now that my skin looks and feels much clearer. And besides, we all know that good skin makes makeup so much better! I didnt really have acne problems but I do breakout once in a while and my forehead always had little bumps. Ive been on Tretinoin for 2 months and the persistent little bumps on my forehead are gone, my skin looks clearer, its smoother

After about a month, my hair still looks odd to me hehe. I love it though =)

About a boy...lol

Passed by the Cosmetic Fair this afternoon. Nothing too exciting going on, very little cosmetics in my opinion and too much skin whitening crap haha. I dont know why it was called Cosmetic Fair. There was a makeup competition too, todays theme was Fantasy saw 2 of the contestants didnt get to take much pictures though. Also met up with a (multiply) buyer there, Miss Jean! Thanks so much, you are adorable in person!! =) And one of the stall owners was intrigued she asked me to bring the other makeup stuff I sell haha. Please dont tell SM Security that I am secretly taking part in the fair LOL.

Also, I got a haircut today. HAHA. I told my favorite Hair stylist, Richard: I want my hair like this, this time! And he said, cartoons (talaga ah?) hahah

The cut is fantastic ofcourse, Richard is the only hair stylist that I go to. If he magically dissapears, or moves without telling me I will not cut my hair ever! haha I get very anxious when getting haircuts. And usually need a "cheerleader" for moral support. Anyways, yeah the cut is fantastic he did an awesome job but im on the fence whether it suits me, still trying to get used to it I guess. Last time I had very little hair was 99' and it wasnt pretty. after that haircut, I ran and bawled inside my room. This time though, everytime I caught a glimpse of myself I laughed and giggled which is odd haha.
